Christmaslane 25 is located at the end of a street and is a cozy detached house with one bedroom and one children's room.
I built a cozy Christmas bakery in the middle of Britechester. It offers plenty of space to enjoy hot chocolate and all kinds of treats. Adjacent to the Christmas bakery there is also a flower and decoration store that invites you to stroll around.
A modern Scandinavian winter house stands on a 30x40 lot. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious work area and a light-filled living and dining area. The house is modernly furnished and also has an outdoor sauna and a greenhouse, which is covered for a Christmas dinner.
The Christmas farm has two bedrooms, a children's room and a parents' bedroom. There is a hobby room, a small office and a laundry room. Adjacent to the house is the stable. From there a ladder leads up to the attic, with a small home theater and a easel. I've modified the chicken coop a bit, you can't see it anymore because I made it smaller with the TOOL mod. You can find the coop in a basket. From there you can interact with the chicken coop as usual. In addition to small beds, the famr also offers enough space for goats, cows and a horse. There is also a separate barn where the tractor and hay are stored.
I build on a 50x50 lot a shopping center fully decorated for the Christmas time. The Shopping center has a two storey book store, a café, a Chanel store, two deco shops, Lush-, Ralph Loren- and a two storey toy store. The Toy store has also a small christmas bakery for kids and a place to make a photo o video where your little sim can sit on Santa's lap. On the outsides is also a small christmas tree store. This house was created as part of the Scandi Christmas Collab, which I made this year with BuildsbyBarbara, Indoorsim, MiljaMaison, Sims4luxury, Pandabananda, pine.and.home, Szanne and Xenaria. Santas house is placed on a 30x40 plot. The style of furnishing is rustic and simple. There is a lot lying around and some of it is full, because a Santas can accumulate a lot of things. He lives there with his wife Mrs Claus. In the basement, Santa's workshop is on two levels, where all the great presents for good children are made. There is also a stable where the reindeer are ready to go.
The Hüttengaudi is an après-ski hut. After skiing or snowboarding, your Sims can drink a hot chocolate or something alcoholic here. There are two floors, the lower one is hidden in the snow and gives a cosy atmosphere. At the top of the terrace there are also three gondolas that have been converted into small private cuddle niches where your Sims can also have a romantic date with marshmallows. There are also sun loungers if you just want to enjoy the sun after a hard day's sport.
The flat 121 Hakim House in San Myshuno is modern and quite darkly furnished. Everything is ready for the guests to come for Christmas Eve. There is one bedroom and a luxurious bathroom. The living and dining areas are separated by a light-filled kitchen.
Alpin Chalet is a winter sports hotel with a spacious wellness area on a 50x50 plot. There is a reception, seven hotel rooms, two bars, two lounges, public computer access, a breakfast buffet, two dining rooms, a ski cellar, and a large spa area with reception, three saunas, two relaxation areas, massage chairs and loungers, a pool and a yoga area. There is also a parking lot and tables outside.
The old large country house on a 40x50 lot is in full preparations of Christmas. Everywhere in the house you can see preparations that have been made. In the entrance hall, Christmas balls are hung on the large fir tree, the kitchen is busy baking and in the attic there are still boxes with Christmas decorations. Everything in this house is decorated for Christmas. There are two cozy living areas, a study room, three bedrooms and a large children's room, two bathrooms, a laundry room and a large, long table for Christmas dinner.
A small cottage with open living dining area, an open fireplace, a seated window, a small bedroom with baby crib and bathtub full to the brim that invites you to relax. The house is great as a small holiday home to span the holidays right during the holidays.
The Christmas market is located in a park on the bank of a lake. I built a city facade around the park, with parked cars, people, food trucks ... The Christmas market has many little stands, an ice rink, a carousel and also a small stage. Let your Sims have a great time with pizza, hot drinks, going to a wine bar, buying Christmas presents ...
The Christmas beach house has one bedroom, an office and creative area, a terrace and balcony.
I built a little christmas house for celebrating Christmas in a very cozy location. The cabin has two bedrooms and one of them has on top one functional bunk bed. In the cabin can sleep six people. The house is in christmas preparation and soon ready for a joyful Christmas days.
