The Clean kitchen is a fine dining restaurant in an elegant penthouse of San Myshuno. The high ceilings give the space a spacious and airy atmosphere, while the fine materials and stylish design create a luxurious ambience. The adjoining lounge invites you to relax, and the adjoining cigar lounge offers an exclusive retreat for connoisseurs. There is also a room on the upper floor where stylish modern wedding ceremonies can be held. The venue is perfect for fine dining experiences as well as special occasions.
The three seals motel is an ageing motel and ideal for lying by the pool in the burning heat. Each hotel room is a different size and has its own unique interior design style, ranging from colourful and flowing power to vintage 70s vibes. There are 11 rooms in total, some of them are single rooms and some have several beds, so you can also use the motel as a flat house. Adjacent to the motel I have also built a small diner to round off the american charm.
On one of my trips, I was in a restaurant similar in style to this one and it always stuck in my mind, which is why I ended up building it. It's a small restaurant, you can eat on the pier overlooking the sea or on the beach. There are also places to relax and enjoy cocktails. I'm sure your sim can completely unwind from everyday life here.
As a small gift for my loyal patrons, I have built a small lunch park. It invites your Sims to spend their lunch break with pizza or waffles. There is also a small park to stretch your feet or enjoy nature before going back to work.
Part 2 of the Willow Creek make over is an Italian Restaurant. It has three floors, an open area where you can watch the pizza maker cooking, a private room where you can eat undisturbed with your family and a large room for couples in love and larger groups. In the basement there is a wine cellar for tastings and a small secret room reminiscent of Prohibition. Adjacent to the restaurant is a tiny bubbletea store. On the opposite side of the restaurant is a cozy but pre-stuffed multi-story bookstore and a two-story men's clothing store.
A dinky little seafood restaurant on the Brindleton Bay pier offers your sim simple fish food, cakes, ice cream and milkshakes. The restaurant extends over two levels and is absolutely gameplay suitable.
I build a mediterreanian restaurant on a 30x20 lot in Sulani. It's very cozy and in natural tones with some blue highlights.
Bridal Vencie is the name I have given to this small district, which has something of Tuscany in addition to the classic Venice Vibes. There are many things to discover in this small district. A small decorative flower shop, a small decorative ice cream shop, a large bridal fashion shop with a small catwalk and an old restaurant with a lot of charm. There are small tables outside and bigger tables inside, I also designed a separate room with lots of cakes on the table perfect for the rehearsal dinner.
A small quarter with a two-story restaurant. I gave the quarter a venetian touch and placed it at the port of Windenburg. There are decorative closed shops, a small place to sit on the bank of a canal, a simple, small historical building in which you might be able to propose.
It's an Italien restaurant. There you can find a bar, two levels for dining in a mix of classy, modern and historical interior concept. In the basement there is also a wine cellar with a large table that is used for wine tasting.
Futura Diner & Bowling is located on the outskirts of Oasis Springs on a 20x30 lot. The building is decorated in pink, black and white and is both somewhat retro and modern. There is a small diner, bowling alley with seating all around and if you enter the second floor there is a bar, a small stage for a musical performance or for singing karaoke. The diner is fully equipped you can change the property type from lounge to restaurant as well.
The Asian restaurant is both luxurious and traditional. There are two floors on which guests can eat their meals. There are small niches, large round tables and a terrace, as well as two bars.
In Collaboration with Syboulette we designed a sushi restaurant. 50 objects she has made lovingly and I integrated it into a building. The sushi restaurant is located on a 30x40 large lot and offers really incredibly many seats.
